Civil
Investigation
In civil investigations
a Professional Investigator conducts fact-finding investigations
so an attorney can apply the law. He is trained in interviewing,
interrogation, evidence, statement writing, forensic procedures,
and assists the attorney in achieving a desired result for a client.
It may be a favorable judgment, an agreeable settlement, or an amicable
disposition. The function of the professional investigator is to
locate and interview witnesses and obtain proper written statements,
locate and interview parties to the litigation, and collect any
and all evidence and facts, be it testimonial, documentary or physical,
so as to assemble a complete documentaion of the case at hand.
We work closely
with our clients to identify key issues and specific requests to
create an investigative strategy to achieve their specific goals.
With frequent P.I.N.E. Inc. updates, clients are able to monitor
the course of the investigation and adjust their legal strategy
accordingly.
